Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of World K-Pop Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users in relation to the online voting and audition services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

"Points" refers to virtual data that users purchase and charge through paid payments to use for voting and other activities within the Service.
"Voting" refers to the act of a user expressing support for a subject listed within the Service by using Points.

Article 3 (Service Content and Changes)

The Company provides services such as operating the voting system, receiving audition applications, and managing Point charging and balances.
The Company may change the content of the Service due to technical specification changes or operational needs; in such cases, notice will be provided in advance.

Article 4 (Charging and Use of Points)

Users can charge Points through payment methods designated by the Company.
Charged Points can only be used for designated purposes within the Service, such as voting, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The expiration date and refund procedures for Points follow relevant laws and the Company's separate operating policies.

Article 5 (Audition Application)

Users may apply for auditions by filling out the form designated by the Company (including video URLs, personal information, etc.).
The user is solely responsible for copyright and portrait rights related to the videos and information submitted. The Company may utilize these for selection and promotional purposes.

Article 6 (Termination of Contract and Use Restrictions)

If a user steals another person's information or uses the system unfairly (e.g., using macros), the Company may immediately restrict Service use or terminate the contract.
